Pollex (Bilobiana) diehli View in CoL Fibiger, new species
( Plate 5 View PLATE 5 , figure 6)
Material examined.
Holotype: male, Indonesia, Sumatra N, Dolok Merangir , 4.vii.1981, leg. E. Diehl. Coll. ZSM.
Diagnosis.
Wingspan: 9 mm.
Forewing: narrow, light brown.
Transverse lines: prominent, wavy, well marked, black; terminal line marked by black dots between veins. Reniform: distinct; yellow, outlined by black.
Hindwing: unicolorous brown with an indistinct black discal spot.
Underside: unicolorous brown.
Unfortunately the abdomen is lost.
Differential diagnosis.
P. diehli differs from other Pollex species in its small size, the light brown ground colour, and the distinct, black transverse lines of the forewing. The yellow reniform places it in the flavimacula species-group.
