Adneella Carvalho, 1960: 47 View in CoL (original description). Type species: Neella distincta Carvalho, 1945b: 170 . Original designation.
Diagnosis. Body yellow or yellowish with black. Eyes in head dorsal view with inner and posterior margins straight. Labium length reaching the middle of mesosternum at most ( Carvalho 1960; Carvalho & Ferreira 1995). Hemelytron with lateral margin convex. Body longer than 6.0 mm.
