Material studied. South Australia: 2 ♂, 1 ♀, 30°21'S, 139°22'E, 5km SE of Arkaroola Village , emerged 11., 29.xi.1993, larva in galls of Santalum lanceolatum , leg. E. D. Edwards & E. S. Nielsen, ANIC, SDEI GoogleMaps .

Distribution. South Australia (first record), Victoria ( Gaedike, 1968).

Bionomics. Larvae on Santalum acuminatum A.DC. ( Gaedike, 1968) and Santalum lanceolatum R. Br. (new host plant).
