Pollen grains large, prolate spheroidal ( Table 1), polar area large ( Table 2), amb subtriangular; colpi short, narrow, endoaperture lalongate, pontoperculum ( Table 3) does not reduce the width of the apocolpium; sexine reticulate, heterobrochate; muri simplecolumellate, sinuous, continuous, without perforations, without high columellae, not apparent, tectum surface mostly slightly curved, lumina ornamented with pila; there is no difference in the diameter of the lumina of the apocolpium and the mesocolpium; sexine thicker than nexine ( Table 4).
