Pollen grains medium-sized, prolate spheroidal ( Table 1), polar area large ( Table 2), amb subcircular; colpi long, narrow, endoaperture lalongate, pontoperculum ( Table 3) reduce significantly the width of the apocolpium; sexine reticulate, heterobrochate; muri simplecolumellate, sinuous, continuous, with perforations, without high columellae, not apparent, tectum surface mostly slightly curved, lumina slightly ornamented ( Fig. 4J, K, M View FIGURE 4 ); there is no difference in the diameter of the lumina of the apocolpium and the mesocolpium; sexine thicker than nexine ( Table 4).
