DISTRIBUTION. — Global distribution: Japan ( Habe & Kosuge 1964), western Indian Ocean, Philippines, Indonesia ( Boissevain 1906) and the southwest Pacific including New South Wales and northern Queensland, Australia (Lamprell & Healy 1998); live in 670-4830 m. Distribution in the New Caledonian region: southwest New Caledonia and Loyalty Ridge, shells in 258-1820 m.
