Remarks.The genus was recorded from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Surinam, Uruguay, and Venezuela ( Metcalf 1963a; De Santis et al. 2007; Sanborn 2007a; 2010a; 2011a; 2011b; 2013).
