Bulbus tunica brunnea haud lucida. Folium ascendens aut decumbens , scapus erectus . Spatha magis parva aut longa quam primus pedicellus. Perianthium flavidum. Hypanthium rectum aut leviter descendens. Ovarium leviter veridulum.

Type:— SPAIN. Andalusia: Cordoba, Cabra municipality, close to Arroyo de la Rata, elevation 571 m, 30SUG7450, 9 March 2018, J. López Tirado (holotype COA!, n. 58545).

Bulb with matte brownish tunics. Leaves linear, ascendent or decumbent, 0.1–0.3 cm wide, semicilindric section and 5-6 keels on the outer side. Scape erect, 4–6-flowered, 13.7–15 cm long. Spathe 3.4–3.9 cm long, scarious, with yellowish nerves, equal, shorter or longer than first pedicel. Spathe tube 0.6–1.2 cm long. First flower pedicel 3.1–4.1 cm long; second flower pedicel 2.6–3.3 cm long. Pale yellow tepals, dimorphic, patent, 0.85–1.0 cm long; outer tepals 0.5–0.7 cm wide, apiculate; inner tepals 0.4–0.7 cm wide, entire or subemarginate. Pale yellow corona, 0.35–0.45 cm long, 0.5–0.7 cm distal diameter, not expanded, widely crenated or subentire. Hypanthial tube 1.95–2.1 cm long, light green, pale yellow in the distal part, straight or slightly downward. Perigone 2.3–2.55 cm long. Ovary 0.45–0.7 cm long, 0.3–0.35 cm maximum diameter, mid-dark green.
