Distribution in mainland China: GD. New records for JX #, Longnan County, Jiulianshan, 24°52’N 114°45’E, 386m, 1.vii.2018, S.C. Lai (6) (LLY); HB #, Xuan'en, 29°41.48’N 109°33.39’E, 655m, 30.iv.2016, J. Yao (1) (IOZ).

Other distribution. Endemic to China.

Biology. The new record from JX were collected from an unknown rattan species.

Remarks. The species was described from ‘Kanton’, GD, more than 170 years ago, no other records until now.
