Comments. Pont (1989) listed 41 species from the Australasian/Oceanian Regions, four of which were recorded from Vanuatu: P. caledonica (Bigot) , P.hirtimana Malloch , P. hopkinsi Malloch and P. respondens (Walker) . Crosskey (1962) revised the genus, and these four species were keyed and redescribed.
