Miomantis caffra Saussure, 1871
Native to Africa, M. caffra was first recorded in Australia in 2009 in Geelong, Victoria, where it has since spread to many further localities in southern Australia ( Connors et al. 2022). More recently, the species has been recorded in Wonthaggi in western Gippsland ( Snow 2022) and Ararat in western Victoria (planascientia 2022).
