Aidoia Spaeth, 1952 View in CoL
Aidoia Spaeth, 1952 View in CoL in HINCKS (1952): 439 (original description).
Type species. Coptocycla nubilosa Boheman, 1855 , by monotypy.
Remarks. Aidoia is a monotypic genus traditionally placed in the tribe Cassidini . Since Aidoia nubilosa has a strongly transverse head with small eyes situated in front of mouthparts and prolonged ultimate tarsomere with long tarsal claws similar to other Ischyrosonychini , I transfer it to the latter tribe.
