TYPE LOCALITY: U.S.A., Arizona, Cochise Co., upper end Miller Canyon, 10 mi. (16 km) S., 4.75 mi. (7.6 km) E. Fort Huachuca, near spring at lower edge of Douglas Fir zone, Huachuca Mtns .

DISTRIBUTION: Mtns, of S.E. Arizona, and S.W. New Mexico ( U.S.A.); Chihuahua ( Mexico)
