Diagnosis: Body robust, obovate, length 4.95 mm; cuticle shining black to rufo-piceous; pronotum with median longitudinal impression deep, broad, and long; tibiae with dark gray bands; parameres in dorsal view sinuous, with apices curved inward and in lateral view slightly arcuate apically (Hinton 1940, Spangler 1990).
Distribution: Guiana Francesa, Brazil (Amazonas). New record: Roraima State.
