Type material. Holotype ♀ (IZCAS-Ar9268), China, Hubei Province, Lichuan County, Maoba, Mt. Xingdou , 6.VI.1989, examined.

Diagnosis. See Wang et al. (2020).

Redescription. Female (holotype): Measurements see Song and Chai (1992).

Coloration ( Figs 23A–C ): Carapace brown, yellow-brown medially, black rings around eyes. Clypeus brown with sparse hairs. Fovea longitudinal. Chelicerae, endites, labium and sternum brown. Legs brown with black rings, covered with sparse setae, more obvious in metatarsi and tarsi. Opisthosoma almost oval, dark brown with yellow-brown pattern. Spinnerets black-brown.

Epigyne ( Figs 22A, B ): Epigynal plate almost as long as wide, with a pair of anterior arcuated rims and an anterior hood; atrium large, separated by a narrow median septum. Copulatory openings located antero-laterally. Copulatory ducts curved anteriorly and then descending median-posteriorly, terminally with short accessory gland. Spermathecae oval, touching each other; fertilization ducts extending transversely.

Distribution. China (Hubei, Guizhou).
