Description. Male. Integument dark brown. Body with predominance of appressed dense grayish pubescence. Posterior half of elytra with narrow longitudinal fascia of dark-brown pubescence, equidistant from suture and lateral margin. Centro-basal crist of elytra, and distal half of tibiae and tarsi covered with dark-brown pubescence. Antennae more than 2 times body length, exceeding elytral apices at apex of segment 5.

Prothorax with lateral tubercles acute, apex slightly directed behind; pronotum with sparse punctures in middle and row of coarse punctures on posterior margin. Elytra coarsely and densely punctate on basal half; apices obliquely truncated, angles not projected. Fifth urotergite with apical margin semicircularly emarginated. Fifth urosternite deeply emarginated at apex.

Female. Antennae exceeding elytral apices at apex of segment 7. Fifth urotergite with apical margin feebly notched. Fifte urosternite truncated at apex.

Etymology. Latin, cineraceus meaning ash-colored, gray.

Measurements (mm) male/female. Total length, 7.0–10.1/7.5–10.8; prothorax length, 1.1–1.5/1.1–1.6; prothorax width, 1.7–2.5/2.0–2.7; elytral length, 5.0–8.2/5.6–8.5; humeral width, 2.4–3.4/2.7–4.0.
