Current status. Junior synonym of Opius (Kainopaeopius) crassicrus Thomson, 1895 (see FIsCHER 1977, FIsCHER & KOPONEN 1999, BELOKOBYLsKIJ et al. 2003, YU et al. 2016).
Distribution. Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Russia, Sweden (see YU et al. 2016).
