Material examined. CAR. Dzanga-Sangha SR, Camp 3, in a little “baï”, 5–7.II.2005 (light), P. Annoyer (1♂, 1♀) ( PAPC); Camp, 10.X.2008 (light), P. Annoyer (1♂) ( PAPC); 50m near Camp 1, on an Ayous ( Triplochiton scleroxylon , Sterculiaceae ) (platform 54m), 15.X.2008, P. Annoyer (1♀) ( PAPC).

Distribution. B. puncticollis was described from Cameroon on the female sex ( Sjöstedt 1902), later Griffini (1908) described the male, also from Cameroon, and Sjöstedt (1912) reported both sexes from Cameroon.
