Distribution.

This is the first record of this species from Namibia ( Freeman 1956; Freeman and Cranston 1980; Curtis 1991; Harrison 2004; Ashe and O’Connor 2012). The species is otherwise known from Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe ( Ashe and O’Connor 2012).
