Distribution: Chiapas and Tabasco ( Mexico) to SE Brazil, Peru, and N Bolivia; Guianas; Margarita Isl ( Venezuela); Trinidad and Tobago.
Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (lc).
