2.5. Morphology and anatomy of C. flavicans View in CoL larvae Morphological malformations were documented using the SteREO Lumar.V12 (Zeiss) stereoscopic microscope. The measurements of the larval size, as well as the size of the air sacs, were done.
2.6. Statistical analysis
The significance of the statistical differences of C. flavicans larvae distribution within water column in different GLY concentrations was checked with one-way ANOVA and post-hoc Tukey test. Statistica 13.3, Tibco Software Inc. was used.
