Chaeridium flavicorne Blanchard, 1846: 170 [transferred to Canthidium View in CoL by Harold 1869a: 1005 (see also Harold 1869b: 58); here transferred to the subgenus Canthidium View in CoL ]. Type locality: Bolivia: Yungas region (“province de Yungas”). Type material: Syntypes probably at MNHN. Distribution: Bolivia (Martínez & Halffter 1986a).
