Canthidium kirschi Harold, 1875: 209 View in CoL [here transferred to the subgenus Canthidium View in CoL ]. Type locality: “Vom Pozusu (Abendroth!)” (?). Type material: Location of syntypes unknown (probably at MNHN—ex Harold collection; originally from Kirsch’s personal collection, which is now housed at SMTD). Distribution: Peru (Martínez & Halffter 1986a).
