Type material. CHINA, Sichuan Province: Holotype male from Ya’an City, Yingjing County, Longcanggou Town National Forest Park , 29.61°N, 102.89°E, 1581 m, 3 May 2016 , Y. Zhong & Y. Zhu leg. ( CBEE, LJ2200 ) GoogleMaps . Paratypes: 5 males, 1 female, with same data as for holotype ( CBEE, LJ2201 LJ2206 ) GoogleMaps .

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality, the Longcanggou Town National Forest Park; adjective.

Diagnosis. The male of P. longcanggouensis Zhang, Jäger & Liu , spec. nov. is similar to that of P. conaensis Zhao & Li, 2018 ( Jiang et al. 2018) by: 1) E long, sickleshaped; 2) Long dRTA curved, finger-like. It can be recognised by: 1) Basal part of E thinner; 2) vRTA longer and thinner (basal part of E broad, vRTA short and broad in P. conaensis ). The female of P. longcanggouensis Zhang, Jäger & Liu , spec. nov. resembles that of P. digitata by the anterior and posterior margins of LL laterally close to each other and the anterior margins of LL forming a wide “U”, but can be distinguished by: 1) Presence of AB; 2) FW separated from each other by one of their lengths; 3) IDS with loops (AB absent, FW separated from each other by distinctly more than one of their lengths, IDS visible as diagonally oriented irregular patches in P. digitata ).

MALE (LJ2200): Measurements: Medium sized. Body length 10.2–11.3, DS length 5.0, width 4.3, OS length 5.7, width 3.0. Palp ( Figs 147A–C View FIGURE 147 ): As in diagnosis. C arising from T at 12:00 o’clock position, basally wrinkled. E arising from T at 8:00–9:00 o’clock position, long, strongly sclerotised at its margins, with a right angle at its basal part in prolateral view, and a 90° turn at its apical part, in ventral view. Spermophor visible submarginally on retrolateral T in ventral view and as narrow tube in E. RTA arising basally from Ti, dRTA distinctly longer than vRTA.

Colouration ( Figs 149A–B View FIGURE 149 ): DS yellow with few fine lines and plenty of dark setae, fovea distinctly marked with two patches in front connected by fine lines. Sternum and ventral coxae dotted. OS dorsally reddish brown, with two yellow regions antero-laterally. OS ventrally reddish brown, with four yellow longitudinal lines, and yellow region behind epigastric furrow.

Epigyne ( Figs 148A–C View FIGURE 148 ): As in diagnosis. EF distinctly wider than long, AB long and narrow, indistinct. Posterior margins of LL with small, rounded projection laterally. FW well developed; their posterior part covered by LL.
