Type host: Pygiptila stellaris (Spix) ( Passeriformes : Thamnophilidae ). Type locality: Guyana.

Host range and distribution. Monoxenous species associated with Pygiptila stellaris (Spix) ( Passeriformes : Thamnophilidae ) in Guyana ( Glowska & Schmidt 2014b).
