Type host: Haemorhous purpureus (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes : Fringillidae ). Type locality: USA.

Host range and distribution. Monoxenous species parasitising Haemorhous purpureus (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes : Fringillidae ) in USA ( Skoracki et al. 2010b).
