Type host: Pterocles senegallus (Linnaeus) ( Pteroclidiformes : Pteroclididae ). Type locality: Egypt.
Host range. Oligoxenous species associated with pteroclidiform birds of the genus Pterocles ( Pteroclidiformes : Pteroclididae ): P. coronatus (Linnaeus) and P. senegallus Lichtenstein both from Egypt ( Skoracki & OConnor, 2010).
