Distribution. Algeria, Croatia, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Palestine, Romania, Slovenia and Turkey.
Remarks. Numerous reports of this species in Egypt exist in the literature, but specimens are absent from Egyptian reference collections ( Bodenheimer 1937, Ehrmann 2002, Roy 2004 and Abu-Dannoun 2007).
