Diagnostic characters. Female, “Opii. 318 ”, antenna with 38 flagellomeres remaining; length of body 3.3 mm, fore wing: 3.8 mm, ovipositor: 2.7 mm; ovipositor 1.7 × metasoma ( Fig. 15A View FIGURE 15 ). Ventral margin of clypeus curved hypoclypeal depression narrow and deep ( Fig. 15C View FIGURE 15 ); mandible rather long, twisted; face ( Fig. 15C View FIGURE 15 ); OOL: OD: POL = 7: 4: 3 ( Fig. 15B View FIGURE 15 ); scutellar sulcus narrow, slightly curved medio-posteriorly ( Fig. 15D View FIGURE 15 ); fore wing: vein r 0.8 × 2-SR; r: 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m: SR1 = 10: 13: 25: 9: 39; vein SR1 evenly curved; subdiscal cell strongly narrowed anteriorly ( Fig. 15E View FIGURE 15 ); vein 1-SR+M thin and weakly sclerotized; vein r-m unsclerotised; vein 2-SR+M 4.0 × as long as its maximum width; vein m-cu straight, far antefurcal, nearly linear with vein 2-SR+M; vein cu-a postfurcal, 1-CU1 short, as long as cu-a (3/3), and 0.1 × 2-CU1 ( Fig. 15E View FIGURE 15 ). Hind wing ( Fig. 15F View FIGURE 15 ): vein M+CU: 1-M: 1r-m = 14: 17: 10. Propodeum with basal carina fused into reversed Y-shaped carina posteriorly; surface of propodeum almost smooth, except lateral smooth narrow groove above spiracle ( Fig. 15G View FIGURE 15 ); first metasomal tergite with dorsal carinae in 0.6 basal of tergite ( Fig. 15 H View FIGURE 15 ).
