Diagnosis (female). Body length 5.0– 5.7 mm. Flagellum with 21–22 segments (24–26 in males). Body color mostly reddish brown, but some specimens are darker with more or less extensive black markings; antenna brown; mandibles and palpi yellowish brown; legs mostly yellow with fore and mid coxa and trochanter whitish yellow; wings hyaline.

Frons weakly rugose medially; in dorsal view, temples gradually sloping from eye, 0.5 × eye length. Mesoscutum with median lobe setose, weakly punctate anteriorly, posteriorly depressed and rugulose, without midlongitudinal carina; lateral lobes of mesoscutum bare, smooth and polished. Scutellar sulcus with complete median-longitudinal carina. Propodeum entirely rugose, with dorsal face horizontal and posterior face vertical; dorsal face with a pair of converging lateral carina, posterior face with distinct median depression. Pronotum mostly smooth and polished laterally with carinate pronotal groove, and rugose posteriorly; pronotal collar mostly smooth. Mesopleuron with broad and shallow, rugose sternaulus, smooth and polished medially and ventrally, rugose at subalar groove; mostly covered with setae except on polished central area. Fore wing vein m-cu shortly distad to vein 2RS. Hind wing vein cu-a roughly with same length of vein r-m, and vein 1M around 1.4 × longer than r-m. Ovipositor 1.5–2.0 × longer than petiole.

Material examined. Paratypes, 2♀, MEXICO : Durango, 24 mi. W. La Ciudad, 7000 ft, 20.VII.1974, W.R.M. Mason ( UWIM) .

Distribution. Known only from the type-locality in Durango, Mexico.
