Congo, Réunion, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Taiwan, Sao Tome & Principe, Tanzania, Uganda,
Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe).
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): In Madagascar, Pellaea viridis (Pteridaceae) is the larval foodplant of the taxon, while Nephrolepis biserrata (Sw.) Schott (Lomariopsidaceae) is the larval foodplant in the Réunion. Asplenium nidus
L. ( Aspleniaceae ), Adiantum sp. (Pteridaceae) and Lygodium sp. (Lygodiaceae) are larval foodplants elsewhere in Africa . The wasp Enicospilus mauritii (Ichneumonidae) is the parasitoid of the taxon in the
Réunion ( Rousse & van Noort 2014).
