DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Rwanda, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include: Seven Lamiaceae species namely, Plectranthus barbatus Andrews , Plectranthus scutellarioides (L.) R.Br., P. forskohlii Coleus forskohlii (Willd.) Briq. , Tetradenia multiflora (Benth.)
Phillipson, Hoslundia sp. and Ocimum sp. , and five Asteraceae species Laggera alata Nanth. , Mikania
sp., Gynura sp. , Lactuca sp. , and Cynara sp.
