Figs. 52 View FIGURE 52 J–K
Material examined. Malaysia: Malacca, Tengah Gebirge, leg. P. Zobris V.— 1 female (Berlin ZMB) .
Diagnosis. Large species with wide tegmen and uncolored wings. Characteristic is the large median ocellus that nearly fills the room between the antennal scrobae ( Fig. 52J View FIGURE 52 ). On the tegmen, media anterior is leaning on radius in basal area but does not fuse with it; cubitus anterior is single branched at base, after division into two branches, the anterior branch receives a connection branch from media anterior and then divides again into MP and CuA1, while CuA2 does not further divide. The female subgenital plate is nearly semi-circular. The ovipositor is rather short and distinctly curved ( Fig. 52K View FIGURE 52 ) while in Capnogryllacris s. str. it is usually straight or only slightly curved.
