Distribution. India: Maharashtra, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, West Bengal; China; Malaysia; Myanmar; Indonesia: Sumatra.

Remarks. Giordani Soika, 1982, opined that most of the identifications by various workers, and probably all, really belong to A. rufescens (Smith) . No material was available for our studies; hence the description was taken from Giordani Soika, 1982.
