Tubers 2, shortly stipitate. Outer perianth- segments 8-10 mm. Labellum flat. Spur narrowed towards apex, obtuse or acuminate, usually shorter than ovary. 2n = 36.
Throughout most of the range of the species, but absent from much of the south-east.
