Type material. Holotype: Male ( IZCAS), Thailand, Krabi Province, Ao Luk District, Outside of Klang Cave , 08°20.270'N, 98°44.710'E, altitude 36m, 12 October 2015 GoogleMaps . Paratype: 1 male, same data as holotype ( IZCAS) GoogleMaps .
Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Chinese pinyin 'duō jǐ', which means 'many ridges', referring to the many ridges on the distal part of the conductor; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. This new species can be easily recognized from all the other species by the many ridges present distally on the conductor ( Figs 3A–D View FIGURE 3 ).
Description. Male (holotype). Total length 3.97; carapace 1.23 length, 1.34 width; abdomen 2.19 length, 1.34 width. Carapace rounded, yellow, with three longitudinal brown bands of different width, among them, the middle one wider than the lateral ones. Clypeus black-brown. Cheliceral promargin with two teeth, followed by a lamina, retromargin with two small teeth ( Fig. 21B View FIGURE 21 ). Labium brown with two light rounded areas basally. Sternum brown. Abdomen elongate, brown, with one longitudinal yellow band and two latitudinal yellow bands dorsally, and two narrow white patterns ventrally. Legs brown, femur and tibia annulated with white. Leg measurements: I 54.52 (12.17, 0.54, 12.95, 23.65, 4.94), II 23.29 (8.46, 0.54, 8.33, 13.14, 2.18), III 20.73 (6.09, 0.54, 5.45, 7.05, 1.60), IV 29.31 (8.59, 0.54, 8.26, 9.87, 2.05). Male palp ( Figs 3A–D View FIGURE 3 ): tarsus with three slightly curved, serrated bristles at the top of cymbial protrusion ( Fig. 3A View FIGURE 3 ), one spine slightly bent with tip directed towards proximally ( Fig. 3D View FIGURE 3 ); bulb yellow, ovate; embolus arising retrolatero-distally from bulb, slightly sigmoid distally; conductor arising distally from bulb, sigmoid distally; embolus and conductor widely separated (the distance is almost equal to diameter of bulb).
Female: Unknown
Variation. Carapace: males 1.23–1.36 long, 1.34–1.45 wide, tibia I 12.82–12.95.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22 ).
