Holotype male in INBIO.

Type locality: El Llano de Savegre , 700 m, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica.

Distribution: Costa Rica: Puntarenas Province: known only from type locality.

Note: Tentatively assigned to species group in absence of female ( Salgado, 2011c: 437).
