Notes
Authority: Distant 1892c; Not from India: Distant (1916) listed the species (without a specimen) from India but no subsequent specimens have been collected from India. Subsequent listing of "India" in Sanborn (2014) in reference to Hua (2000) may have been a subsequent error from Distant (1916) and Metcalf (1963).
