DISTRIBUTION. Holarctic, widely distributed [ Zaitzev, 2003; Kjaerandsen et al., 2007a; Söli et al., 2015].

Sceptonia demeijerei Bechev, 1997 View in CoL MATERIAL. 1 ♂, Lemberov, 19.07.2012 (ISEA). DISTRIBUTION. Europe: NW Russia (Karelia), Czech Republic and Slovakia, Germany, The Netherlands, Fennoscandia [ Kjaerandsen et al., 2007a; Kjaerandsen, Jordal, 2007]. Here for the first time recorded from the Asian part of the Palaearctic region.
