Type-genus: Ceratomerus Philippi, 1865 View in CoL .
The Ceratomerinae are confined to the Southern Hemisphere, recorded from New Zealand, Australia, Norfolk Island, southern South America ( Argentina and Chile) and high-altitude habitats in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia ( Sinclair 2017b).
