Type specimen: male; type locality: Mangshan, Yizhang, Hunan; location of type specimen: Museum of Hebei University .

Supplementary description. Male genitalia sclerotized, with a pair of hook-like processes, stout at base, subapical areas expanded, apices acute ( Fig. 2A, D ).

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, Mangshan, Yizhang, Hunan, 23 August, 2018, collected by Yarui Xin. Other specimens: 1♂, Nanling, Ruyuan, Guangdong, 26 August, 2022, collected by Lidan Zhang ; 1♂, Yaoshang, Shiqian, Guizhou, 12 August, 2023, collected by Yang Wang.

Discussion. Male cercus of the specimen (collected from Guizhou) has a slightly longer lamellate expansion on inner surface of the middle and apical area of subanal plate extends, bearing a pair of conical processes, apices rounded ( Fig. 2E ). The other features are very similar to the holotype of Alloteratura (Alloteratura) flabellata Xin & Shi, 2019 . As there is only one male specimen (collected from Guizhou), it temporarily belongs to the species ( Fig. 2D–F ).
