Genus Nogrobs de Montfort, 1808

TYPE SPECIES. — Nogrobs vermicularis de Montfort, 1808 by original designation.

MATERIAL AND LOCALITY. — See Table 1.

DESCRIPTION

Tube free part curved, with quadrangular cross section, edges rounded, tube surface slightly concave between edges. Tube entirely covered with welldeveloped perpendicular ornament of fine ridges, which do not form complete rings.Tube wall much thicker at edges than between them.

DISCUSSION ffle specimen is assigned to the genus Nogrobs because of its characteristic quadrangular cross section. ffle rounded cross-sectional edges, and the concave surfaces between them are features seen in the tube of Nogrobs quadricarinata . However, the fragmentary nature of our material precludes exact species determination.
