According to Becker (2000: 248), the genus Elliptocyprites may be assigned to the family Pachydomellidae .
Elliptocyprites lorangeri Lethiers, 1981 View in CoL ( Fig. 4G).—This species has been previously recognized from the Frasnian and Famennian of the Devils Gate section ( Casier et al. 1996; Casier and Lethiers 1997) and from Alberta and Northwest Territories in Canada ( Lethiers 1981).
Pachydomellidae View in CoL ? indet. ( Fig. 4F).—A very poorly preserved thick carapace suggests membership in the Family Pachydomellidae View in CoL .
