Carpus with row of strong spines on dorsomesial margin. Left cheliped with chela twice as long as broad; palm and fixed finger with spinulose tubercles on dorsal face; carpus with 2 short rows of strong spines on dorsal face. Ambulatory legs similar in ornamentation; propodus of left third leg usually longer than right third leg. Dactyls longer than propodi, with row of 6–9 strong corneous spines on ventral margin. Telson with posterior lobes concave medially; margins with few small spines.
