Beckerus Johnson, 2008 (in Majka and Johnson 2008).

This genus was first proposed by Johnson (1992) and includes species formerly placed in Ctenicera Latreille, 1829 . The only species that occurs in the state, Beckerus barri (Lane) ( Fig. 1d ), was collected by hand from wet, subalpine meadows at the summit of Lolo Pass in extreme western Montana.
