TYPE LOCALITY: "Es bewohnt die Soara und andere Theile von Nordafrika hinter den Atlas, der Ritter Bruce behauptet, man fände es auch in tripolitanischen."

DISTRIBUTION: Morocco to Arabia.

STATUS: CITES - Appendix II; IUCN - Insufficiently known.
