Current status: Synonym of Conognatha (Conognatha) impressipennis Saunders, 1871 View in CoL ( Bellamy, 2008; Moore & Lander, 2010).

Comments: Saunders (1871:63) replaced the preoccupied name Conognatha brevicollis Saunders, 1869 with the new name Conognatha impressipennis Saunders, 1871 .
