Current status: Conognatha (Pithiscus) errata ( Fairmaire, 1867) ( Moore & Lander, 2010) .

Comments: A lectotype and two paralectotypes were designated by Moore & Lander (2010:100) and are supposedly deposited in the British Museum Collection (NHMUK). The label data of the two syntype specimens examined do not agree exactly with the record data of the lecto-and paralectotype provided in Moore & Lander (2010:100), and they are not labelled as such.
