Abdomen: sternite 1 as long as 2 behind coxal cavity; 3–4 longer than 2 and 5; 5 truncate apex with 2 long apical white setalike scales; all sternites clothed with clavate white scales. Thorax: mesosternal intercoxal process prominent. Elytra: patches of broad, clavate white scales with truncate apices. Legs: metatibiae with very small uncus. Genitalia: spermatheca: ramus erect somewhat elongate, broadly truncate; collum broadly rounded apex; cornu thick from collum, abruptly arced to a bluntly rounded apex even with apex of collum ( Fig. 19 View Fig ).
Distribution. China: Sichuan Province; Yunnan Province, Kunming, Lijiang.
Remarks. This species is almost identical to C. bidentatus in that both have two teeth on metafemur. How the two differ is unknown to the authors, as they have not seen the type of C. bidentatus , which is from Java with Indonesia as the type locality. Heller (1927) did not give a clue in his description on the differences between the two species.
