Cyclocephala berti Delgado, 1992 , new state record

This species occurs in Mexico (state of Veracruz), Guatemala , and Honduras ( Ratcliffe et al. 2013). A female specimen is a new state record, labeled: “ MEXICO: Chiapas, La Trinidad, 1300 m, luz, 22- V-82, M. A. Morón col.” ( IEXA). This record extends the distribution east of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec and 85 km to the north of the northernmost Guatemalan record .
